The Four Workshops

Workshop 1 ~ Grounded Confidence
We begin by steadying the nerves and finding calm authority. You’ll explore simple breathing and grounding practices that can carry you into high-stakes moments with more ease and steadiness.

Workshop 2 ~ Vocal Warm-Up & Articulation
Next we prepare the voice itself. You’ll discover how to warm up effectively, bring energy and clarity into your sound, and begin to practise articulation so your words land clearly. Breakout sessions give you the chance to feel the shift in real time.

Workshop 3 ~ Vocal Clarity & Expression
From there we build variety and colour. You’ll play with pace, intonation, and natural flow — finding ways to hold attention, to stop rushing, and to allow your voice to carry more confidence and expression.

Workshop 4 ~ Presence, Influence & Impact
Finally, we bring everything together. Presence, connection, and influence combine so that your words are not only heard but remembered. You’ll leave with tools you can return to before every meeting, pitch, or presentation.
